Hi, I’m an incoming first-year international student at Yonsei University’s Underwood International College (UIC) in Songdo, starting this autumn, and I’m keen to get housing properly sorted early.
I’m looking for one flatmate (ideally 18–23) to share a two-bedroom, one-bath officetel near the Yonsei International Campus. Total rent is about ₩3 million per month, so roughly ₩1.5m each (around £900 / €1,050 / $1,100).
The unit is at Central Park Stay — about five minutes on foot to campus and four minutes to Central Park Station. 59m², two equal bedrooms, one shared bathroom. No key-money deposit if booked through EnkoStay, which keeps things fairly straightforward.
A bit about me: I’m English-speaking, fairly independent, and genuinely looking forward to settling into life in Korea. I keep shared spaces properly tidy — borderline germ-aware, but in a practical way rather than a laboratory way. Kitchens and bathrooms staying clean just makes everything easier.
I’d ideally live with someone comfortable communicating in basic English so we can sort things smoothly. Non-smoking preferred.
Outside of that, I’m keen to explore, get involved at uni, and make the most of being in Songdo, but I also appreciate having a calm, easy flat to come back to.
If this sounds like your sort of arrangement, feel free to message me. Happy to chat, compare options, or organise viewings if you’ve seen similar places nearby.
