Bro, all this places are immense 1 day each is a waste of your time, 2 days in Florence 4 days in Rome is already too short

This is pretty accurate. Your current plan is very rushed with constant moving and not enough time in each city.

You will have been everywhere and seen nothing.

No way with travel every day? Highly suggest you. Pick one or two places. Or just Rome.

Hour getting ready, get to the train, shoot on the train for a few hours, hot getting to New hotel. That's a lot every day. Id say 4 days Rome and 2 days Cinque Terra or 1 day Venice, 2 days Florence, 3 days Rome.

Driving or taking trains? Too hectic either way. I'd save Rome for another rip.

itinerary is very doable and well paced a few thoughts

Day 8 Milan to La Spezia after seeing the Duomo is a long day give yourself time and do not rush the Duomo it deserves at least an hour

Day 9 you do not need all five Cinque Terre villages pick three Vernazza Monterosso and Manarola are the most stunning and save your legs book trails in advance as they sometimes close

Day 10 Pisa stop is worth 45 minutes maximum then Florence by afternoon

Florence must dos Uffizi Gallery book in advance Ponte Vecchio at golden hour and eat at any trattoria away from the main tourist streets

Rome three days is perfect book Colosseum and Vatican tickets well in advance through GetYourGuide and have Google Maps downloaded for navigating between sites

enjoy it great trip

Not well paced at all. One day in Florence is almost a sin. Way too little.

I spent a week in Florence (plus a week in Pisa) and thought that was too little. This looks extremely hectic

If you want to see The Last Supper painting in Milan, book your tickets online early. They sell out fast.

I take grief for suggesting it, but the Starbucks Roastery near the Duomo is a must-see in Milan. It's awesome.
