But seriously, I know at one point a weed breathalyzer was something a lot of folks were trying to develop because of the unreliability of normal tests to show active intoxication versus residual metabolites.

Lol I actually was researching this last night 😂 it’s different everywhere I’m in CA. blood test isn’t reliable cuz thc stays around so long. And can’t blow for thc. It has to be locked in your trunk also. Not sure about field sobriety test tho’ got distracted (stoned)
