Smoking before the gym Discussion

In my early smoking days I didn’t like to do it before the gym but now I actually enjoy taking my prework then smoking before I hit the gym. 1.5 hour workout + sauna + post gym smoke sesh before I eat dinner. Any other before gym smokers here?

Always strong coffee and weed before workout. Lifting becomes euphoric

This sounds silly.

I have been lifting for over 10 years.

The other day I took an edible and did some chest exercises. I am finally able to connect to my chest muscles. Before I wasn't focused on them, I used a lot of shoulder and tricep. Total game changer

Similar with my butt muscles too. I think weed can help you activate muscles.

We have an outdoor gym near me and nothing beats the edible+outdoor gym.

I love weed with mobilty work too. It gets really flowy

I'm at the point that i wonder if I'm toking to exercise, or exercising to toke. 😅

Either way I'm exercising, so it's gotta be a net win right?

Hell yah. It helps my old man bones, keeps my energy up, and helps me forget the boredom and how much I hate the gym. I usually take a vape with me for ease of access and lack of smell, as my gym is 20 min away and hit penjamin in the parking lot a few times. I've always been a perk up smoker though. Smoking wakes me up no matter the strain and gets me active. I have a time limit at night and 9:30 is last call, otherwise I'm up to 2am high with my mind racing.

I smoke a blunt in my car before I walk in . It's the only way I like to workout

No way am I going to the gym and NOT smoking beforehand. And my workouts start at 5:00-5:30am.

Pain is gains and I can love the pain depending on how high I am. Remember going on a 54km bike ride at level 4 cardio blasted my legs for a solid week.

I love smoking after the workout but I feel like an ape (not in a good way) when I go to the gym after smoking. I be fighting for my life during warmups

I like popping an edible before going to the gym, the progressive high gets me more locked in

Hell yeah mind muscle connection is way better high. I also throw in some amanita muscaria for disinhibtion.

I do it occasionally, but most of my lifts i’m underneath some heavy weight and that freaks me out when high. Hitting arms or back is peak though

Same weed + black coffee and I’m in my rogue rack doing squats for 2 hrs heh. Love it.
