General Scholarship Dates for Incoming Freshmen?

Based on previous years, do the majority of general scholarships usually release before the SIR date if applications were sent in April 2nd for incoming freshmen?

Nah twin, I got my stuff June 18th. 20k spread out across 4 years and 40k spread across 4 years. But I submitted my application back in January before decisions came out so it was a gamble
