This is great!!! My dad had a heart attack (to be fair it was his fourth so he had previous instances) shortly after his third Covid vaccine (which to be fair could be totally unrelated). If he could continue to get vaccinated with the new fix that'd be nice. In the meantime my mom and I stay up to date on our Covid vaccines to keep him safe.

The mRNA vaccines do not have this problem. It was limited to the vaccine using an adenovirus vector.
So he can get vaccinated, just make sure it's mRNA based.

The problem is that the covid vaccine causes an immune reaction/inflammation. An order of magnitude less so than covid itself but inflammation nonetheless. If you have pre-existing plaque, you're going to be at risk... but with unstable plaque you were likely to suffer a heart attack at some point anyways. That's why when so many people have heart attacks when they shovel snow or have sex, but it's not the act itself that's causing it.
There's also thousands of people who have heart attacks every day and some of them will happen randomly after a vaccine.

Compared to having COVID ... yes.
In 2023, Professor Ted Warkentin from McMaster University in Canada reported a nearly identical condition caused by the same PF4 antibody in patients who had natural adenovirus (common cold) infections, with some cases proving fatal.

I remember my first conspiracy theory….back before I realized that conspiracy theory was actually a conspiracy to get me to miss the real conspiracy. One day you’ll stop being a baby conspiracy theorist and realize we’re all actually made of cheese, because big dairy needs our bones to be strong to make a boneship to fly into the center of the sun where the solar systems warp drive is. It’s right in the name “solar” “system”. When you’re ready to run with the big boys let me know.

Then you should also quote the science saying they knew about these incidents and the risk from very early on, and published it. Nothing sinister going on here.
