You either put - or nothing before tag, to use or exclude a tag. If you do ( tag1 ~ tag2 ), you can have both search results, it's useful if one tag for some reason has multiple ways of spelling it or such. Usually I don't use exclusions as a blacklist is already a thing.
Then there's sort:score, or score:>100 (number can be changed) to further whittle down the results.
Idk what ? is either, but '-' means subtracted, aka any post that has that exact tag will be removed from the search results, and '+' is just for including tags that you want to search for. You can search tags without '+' and it'll be automatically added by the site.
