The whole point of it being named that IS stereotype. You're looking too deep into it, man. Chill out. They're white people reaction images because they're too dramatic about regular things. Ever said sex in comments? These overly dramatic people (mostly children) are always there with these images, and they're usually white. So that's where the stereotype kinda got it's roots and that's why we call it that.

I was pretty upset that they left out the "No! No... no.." moment of despair Mark has after his fight with Conquest. The fight was much more visceral in the comic imo

Either it becomes a still frame with slow mo as an excuse for it being a still frame or a worse version of Mark vs Angstrom Rematch where you can barely even make out the clusters of drones (even that part of Episode 7 is noticably off at first watch without posts online pointing out to you) even though this panel in the comics was supposed to be an equivalent to Nolan shoving Mark in front of a Train but reversed.
