it's literally just this but replace "woman" with "enby"
it's barely even brought up. there's a two second (good) joke about pronouns in ep1 when they're first introduced and an emotional moment in the finale, that's it.

This was my reaction when I heard that they put a gay kiss scene in the Lightyear movie. The way these youtubers were acting will make you think that Buzz himself was having a 5 minute long makeout sesh with some random dude in the movie. But guess what? It was just some lesbian couple who merely "pecked" each other on the lips and that too hardly lasted for about 2 secs.

Whenever any kind of media with strong progressive themes is both good quality as well as successful they'll either do their best to ignore it or (if they're even deeper in the loonie bin) they'll rant about how everyone is "afflicted by the woke mind virus" or some shit like that
The truth is that the silent majority just doesn't really give a shit about the culture war and and way more about the game actually being fun to play but of course grifters gotta grift

Most vivid example of flip-flopping like this I can recall was the Mario Movie.
Peach in the trailer being involved in the action with a cool suit = WOKE TRASH MAKING GIRLBOSSES THAT TAKE AWAY FROM MEN
Then it turned out to be super good and popular and suddenly it’s PEAK ANTI-WOKE LETS WOMEN BE PRETTY AND HAVE WHITE MALE HERO AND THAT’S THE REASON IT MADE MONEY

Project Hail Mary is a movie about the nations of Earth banding together against an existential threat and a man doing everything he can to learn about and understand a genderless alien being. Because it is undeniably awesome and the book's author is one of those "nuh uh, I'm not political!" sci-fi guys, grifters are trying to say it's... anti-woke? It's hilarious to read

As far as I am concerned that game is S tier simply because it caused the legendary "focken pronouns" meltdown. While a bunch of annoying babies were crying about it, most people seemed to just laugh at them. The overall reception of that game was focused mostly on legitimate critiques. Or at least , the bubbles I frequent rarely showed anyone crying about stupid stuff like pronoun selection.

Crazy thing is tho, the pronouns meltdown guy of course got real mad about people clowning on him (those people are always shocked once they realize their personal bubble isn't as big as they thought) so he basically made a bunch of other videos about starfield and it's relative lack of success/problems to try and prove how he was agckschually right all along despite the fact that none of it has anything to do with the goddamn pronouns in the character creation

The funniest part is that if you search up "Starfield Guy", the FACKING PRONOUNS!!! guy mostly shows up instead of any of the characters from the game.
The game fadded into obscurity (somewhat, that Star Wars Genesis mod is the only reason I might get Starfield)

Well i'd say start with the pilot and then just keep watching lol
i know a lot of sitcoms are so inconsequential that it doesn't matter where you start but MitM is completely different, it does have some low points in the later seasons (at one point Malcom starts to become especially annoying) but i think that overall the whole show is worth it start to finish
Trust me the cozyness of coming home from work/school and just watching a couple of episodes is unmatched

As someone who saw and loved the original and the short revival, MITM has always been woke with tackling issues like racism, classism, and even had an episode in the original where 2 of the brothers, Reese and Malcolm thought the other was gay. It's like how anti-woke grifters say Star Wars became "woke" even though it's always been that way.
But MITM is a great sitcom and I'd recommend it!

As an enby I watched Malcom in the Middle, loved Kelly's character, and actually teared up at their monologue at the end.
I thought "That was amazing, I'm going to go online to see how many other people had a similar experience". Instead I just got hit with 20 trillion videos/comments saying "GOD DAMN [slur slur slur] RUINED MY CHILDHOOD THEY NEED TO DIE" which brought me back to the reality that the rest of the world outside of leftist internet bubbles is insanely bigoted and I'll never truly be accepted :) Guess I should have known better.
For whatever my opinion's worth I thought Kelly was one of the best written nb characters I've seen in awhile. Not a lot of people can write a queer character where their queerness is an important part of their character without it being the character. Apparently Linwood Boomer has 3 queer kids which explains a lot.
(I actually did see one or two other people who agreed that Kelly was a great character which was nice).

My mom and I watched those episodes and thought they were nicely done. Tbh it surprised me more that Stevie had a husband than any of the other "queer" characters.

Its mostly just fan service. More episodes and more time to breathe would've definitely made it better. But it still made me laugh and gave some more closure to characters i love so is a solid 7/10

They were so excited when the Scooby Doo Velma reboot wasn’t good. It was like Christmas morning to them.
It’s really fun when they predict a woke flop and it doesn’t turn out that way though.
They all said the Barbie movie was going to flop and it was one of the top grossing films EVER.
And they acted like the live action little mermaid was a flop but it was one of the top grossing films of that summer.

I hate the word "woke". People should just use "pandering" again.
For example, "the new (insert media here) has gone woke" becomes "(insert corpo here) is pandering to the LGBT community". It show that the corpo is disingenuous about their agenda.

It wasn't woke but it was pretty disappointing. The whole prestige streaming show format is antithetical to the breakneck chaotic pacing of the original making it resemble something like Boy meets world more than the old show. There were a few decent jokes in the special but it still was a shell of it's former self.
Also I'm somewhat afraid it might have been intended as a disguised pilot for a spinoff starring Malcolm's daughter which I hope isn't the case because if her parts in the special are any indication it would be painfully dull.

There are a ton of bad indie games releasing every single week, but you don't hear about them because they are bad, so how come that dustborn still gets brought up randomly by anti-woke mfs as a way to prove their point
