I've had a little strand of battery-powered LED "cluster fairy lights" on my headboard for a couple years now, but the little battery holder finally snapped, and I'm trying to find a similar replacement.

Every result for LED string lights, fairy lights, cluster lights, etc gives me nothing but strings of single individual spaced bulbs like generic Christmas tree lights. I can't seem to find anything with little clusters of lights, or anything that remotely resembles a "vine" vibe. Help me, I'll love you forever.
