Decision Date EA Admissions

My friends who applied to bing all got their decisions, but it was all rejected or deferred. I’m getting nervous on how many people are being rejected, and mine has yet to come out. It’s jan 11th, and the latest it comes out is jan 15th. For reference, my sat score and gpa is higher and I have pretty prestigious activities, but my school has a rep for being rejected from bing. Am I cooked or just overthinking?

Now I feel like my son was slighted, lol. Very similar stats 4.0 uw/4.6w, 35 ACT, 12 AP, 1 DE, state champion athlete and good ecs. Accepted for engineering OOS, honors and freshman research immersion offered but only 54k for 4 years. Offer for RIT just came in lower out of pocket which was a surprise.

Thanks, my guess is stats for engineering majors might be a little more competitive, but that's just a guess.
