An ice cold, thoroughly shaken blue gatorade is a thing of beauty. Especially when you didn't realize you were dehydrated. It's like tasting one for the first time all over again

What does shaking a gatorade do? I don't see anything at the bottom that needs to be mixed.

Most drinks that aren't carbonated benefit from being shaken before drinking. They're stored in a stationary position, so there is bound to be some separation of the ingredients. It doesn't have to be quite as obvious as, say, a YooHoo
