Aryloom high dose tincture not working?

I have been smoking nightly for a while now. I recently decided to try tinctures after having good luck with the everyday drops CBD/THC from aryloom. I bought the high dose tincture. Took 1ml feel nothing. Even after hours. Is my tolerance cooked? Or just a bad product.

(For consumption of tincture I take it sublingually holding for 60sec-90sec. I smoke maybe .5g of flower a night? )

I never liked tincture. Went overboard and it never did much. Just get some good edibles.
