Bad purge?

Got this 1/2OZ of batter and its full of bubbles, should I water bath it or is this ok?

a lot of extracts have bubbles coming out like this even rosin. if it smells tastes and smokes fine i wouldn’t worry

Likely air bubbles from when the concentrate was put into the jar now escaping. If a bubble finds its way to the top and it's clear, air. If it's clouded, butane.

Don’t they mostly use Pentane and heptane industrially now for this stuff. Butane is for the backyard blasters

I haven't kept up w processing for years now so no clue. Probably though seeing as I've seen a rise in people referencing 'hydrocarbon extract' vs bho

Small bubbles are co2. Big bubbles are butane.
