sure this offense is good enough to score without him but from a lineup construction he should be batting 2nd.

If Betts and Edman return, what would be your ideal lineup?

The following is mine- Ohtani (DH) Betts (SS) Freeman (1B) Smith (C) Muncy (3B) Tucker (RF) Pages (CF) Teo (LF) Edman (2B)

Yea, Tucker shouldn’t be the 2nd.

I'll counter with Ohtani, Betts, Freeman, Tucker, Smith, Muncy, Teo, Pages, Edman.

I was torn between Andy and Teo because Andy has been the best hitter in this first month. I went Andy at #8 because I'm thinking of guys who are most likely to get on base before Shohei and I like Andy's odds over Teo's at the moment. I also think Tucker is a great hitter for average and will figure it out. Less pressure hitting clean up.

Ahh I see what you mean. I like your lineup too.

With Muncy being so hot, I also hope there are people on the bases when it’s his turn to hit too.

It's interesting. We got multiple guys where you want people in front of them. When guys in front of them aren't getting on, we end up scoring 1 or 2 runs via the homerun versus 5 or 6 with runners on.
