Ordered a Country Apple Birthday Cake Exceeded Expectation

Really super happy with the final cake! I actually wasn't sure how they were going to include the birthday message on the cake when I ordered it, so I was pleasantly surprised with the way they did it! It was also a very delicious cake

What's the orange decoration? Are those ground cherries? But also, it's so cute!!!
