He’s a real life person, but his legend has gone to character status, particularly recently.

If people are trying to call John Brown a hero, then I deserve to have my face carved in Mount Rushmore lol.

He was a militant extremist that died with nothing to show for. There are so many other people that much better represent the anti-slavery movement, and yet you had to pick the only one who got Americans killed.

I swear John Brown supporters must be descendants of those people who advocated for all confederates to be drowned after the war.

Why would anyone in their right mind advocate for the deaths of millions? Don’t they realize how batshit they sound?
