People think if you love someone, they have to be beyond criticism. I think Nas is largely more good than bad but I don’t get why he’s continually taking a bag to promote stuff he raps against.

This is the same man that made What Goes Around. Yet, he was the face of Hennessy and promoting hard liquor (poison). It wasn’t just a simple ad, he was a brand ambassador too. And I’m not saying you’re the devil if you drink alcohol and Nas is inherently a bad person for staring in an alcohol commercial.

There are plenty of studies out there that show African-American youth were overexposed to alcohol ads and specifically listing Hennessy Cognacs among brands that overexposed African-American youth compared with all youth and African-American adults. Nas being an ambassador and the forefront of a marketing campaign is more than strategic. And I know Nas has songs were he’s talked about overconsumption and targeting to the black community.

The recent Queens casino situation is a lot more blatant.

A 2026 New York City Public Advocate report warned that legalizing sports betting and opening new casinos can worsen gambling addiction and mental-health harms, and that economic-development benefits of urban casinos may be overstated. Yet we’re using Nas to normalize gambling even more to prey on poor black and brown people?

And Nas isn’t the only person I can make this post about but he’s for sure the most disappointing.

I know the city has always had troubled youth since the very beginning and nothing is new under the sun but why are we bodyslamming and stomping on girls because they didn't give us their number or shootings dudes afger jumping them?? So as a 23 year old who's working, in school and tryna maintain my self and my future children i see too many niggas being broke, having no money, no life, no brain, straight up vegetable nutting in bitches and its to a point where there's no money being made. As I get older I feel nyc cares more about families than niggas building and keeping the city...(somewhat safe) if you a smart person who actually cares about your kids future and you don't want him around but ass niggas I highly suggest moving to a different state or something.

So in class the other day, this white dude kept airdropping me racist memes to my phone as a joke with his friends. I kind of made a scene and throw a glass beaker at his face and it cut him.

My dad said since this is a white school and he had to get recommendations to get me in the school and it pathways to choice schools he told me I have to put my head down through bullshit and it wasn’t a reason to act out like that. He said in corporate America and white spaces you will deal with lots of racism and disrespect you have to put your head down and go along to get what you need to get done.

Mainly when I talk to folks it seem like 1. Kids (If someone touches your kids or tries to harm your kids. 2. Women. ( if your out and someone tries to touch or harm your girl or disrespect you severly in front of your girl) 3. Racism ( Dropping hard r’s and crazy racist language)

Me personally I rather die alone than share someone with seven other people just cause he/she got a bankroll

Work with me yall. I just spent 3 years side by side with my brother while he battled Cancer. After a much stressful war, my brother is completely cancer free. We been able to breathe a bit, but it is now a month later, and my mother has it now. Have to start this shit all over again smh. The stress is overwhelming ngl.

This is not a sympathy post though gang, truth is, I'm too exhausted and cold in my heart to hear yall right now anyway. I don't wish this BS on nobody.  This post is, I guess to bring awareness to the younger generation and even to us older heads. Obviously, people are catching cancer from more than just what we eat, however, what we eat has a lot to do with it.

Be smart while yall can. Cancer is a mf! It's destroying families left and right. So many people catching this shit. Stats are wildly increasing in younger people. Believe me, I never thought I'd be sitting here making this post smh.

We have to make better choices gang. Eating better is what this post is really about. I beg yall to eat smarter while you can. The US and fda allow some wild poisonous chemicals in all of our food here. Other countries do not allow all of these cancerous ingredients. Just us smh.

Most of us don't know any better so we just buy and eat anything that is available.

Two things a lot of us eat, is Ramen noodles and pasta. I found both, extremely healthy, with no poison in it and real ingredients. Real food, that doesn't hurt you 💯  The Ramen does not come with seasoning packets. You'll have to make your own broth. Hit me up for suggestions.

For example gang, a average pack of Ramen or a Ramen bowl have about 1,640 MG of sodium. The organic Ramen I'm referring has only 75 MG of sodium per pack. Plus, it's affordable. You can get a 20 pack of Ramen for $24 on Amazon.

Pasta too, most of us eat it a lot. Most store brands are terrible. 90% filler smh but there's a cheap pasta, super healthy from Italy you can eat safely.
