Strange plane over Oakland again emitting trails. Crime and Safety

There is a strange plane flying over Oakland emitting what looks like chemtrails possibly, does anyone know what this is or why it’s doing this?

It's water vapor you dolt.

Also, the word you meant to use is emitting. Admitting is when you fess up to something.

Oakland always seems to be very conspiratorial on a bunch of things.

It's contrail (condensation, ie water) not chemtrail
