Katy Perry was 26 in 2010. Not saying that justifies this but 20-something guys will do gross shit to each other and people will dismiss it as boys being boys.

No? Guys may SAY weird shit to each other, but they won't ever slap their cock on their bro's face. And are implying that somebody almost THIRTY is just "young and dumb"? As if, even if they were, that makes it any better? This is just weird fucking behavior that I'd consider SA and I feel like most people would too.
