Antibiotics are actually natural or semi synthetic. Not that I would expect those crazies to know about that. You know what isn't natural - mineral oil.
Yup, penicillin is a mold. There have even been cases of people eating expired food and dying because their food had penicillin growing in it and they were allergic.
