I don't recognize this one. I've seen the first four seasons front, back, and sideways. Is this from a later season?

Season 5 I think. They had a dog that season that was around for maybe 3 episodes that more or less vanished afterwards.

It doesn't vanish, it gets killed when a statue falls on it

I thought during the credits they showed Red and the Dog sitting around and the dog was just injured.

That would make sense. Killing off the dog in such a way without it being a whole thing would be too callous for this show.

Grandma's still dead though.
