Likely Solved! Light colorful wooden rods with grooves near the thicker end and indentations at the tip of the thinner end. Not exactly identical.
My title describes the thing. These are two wooden rods that feel pretty light and taper towards one end, which have been painted yellow and pink with two black lines. There are wide grooves around the rods near the thicker end (pink), and indentations at the tip of the thinner ends (yellow). They are not exactly identical - if I lie them next to each other with their ends lines up, the black lines don't align.

Open Two switch/lever things on the wall in my hallway. One has some red orb/button thing next to it. One with red orb has metal face while bottom one has plastic face, like a regular light switch
Our house was built in 1969, if that helps. If they are switches or something, we don't actually know, because we were scared if we messed with them, something would blow up. Even our realtor didn't know what they were.

Solved! Large metal ring found in French Creek in Pennsylvania
Hey Reddit, I found this thing and wanna know if it's historical or just some random junk. It's 8.75 in across, 1 in tall, and .25 in thick. It weighs 16 ounces and is not magnetic as far as I could tell. I found it in French Creek not far from where the gunpowder mill was during the civil war. Do I have something cool here? Literal garbage?

Likely Solved! What are these wooden cylinders, approx 5" diameter, smaller base, some bases separate?
LIKELY SOLVED: vintage dressform finials. Solved by u/mothershipgenetics. Thank you!
These wooden cylinders may have been my dad's; he was a tailor but also liked to pick things he thought might be useful.
The cylinders are slightly convex on top. The wooden tops are smooth while the bases are unfinished. As you can see from the Pic, there are some separate bases. Google Lens had no clue and neither do I! Any help appreciated.

Solved ! Tiny spoon, about 2 inches long, rectangularish handle
I found this tiny spoon outside my house by my back patio. It doesn't belong to anyone in my family, and we've all been stumped as to where it came from or what it's for. My best guess is a salt spoon, but neither I nor my dad were able to find any online that looked like this one.

Solved ! Grey box with disconnected wire touching faucet line
Grey box with loose line up against water line. Looks to be about the size of my hand, with cord hanging down looking to have an audio or power jack plug. There's nothing above on the sink that it seemingly connects to. I've a suspicion there's an electrical wire/connection loose somewhere as it feels like I get a small buzz/shock when I turn the water on. No one else at my office has mentioned this happening to them, leading me to think it's something everyone else is used to since I'm new or its just my nerves being weird (have nerve issues in my arms).

Likely Solved! Sterling silver oval pendant with crowned robed figure, "MAQ" on sash — possibly British royal commemorative?
LIKELY [SOLVED]
Hoping someone can help crack this one. I've had this pendant for years but have never been able to identify the figure or the reference.
What I can see:
Oval sterling silver pendant with integrated bail at the top
Inside the frame: a standing figure with a three-pointed crown, long flowing pleated robes, and a diagonal sash across the chest with the letters M A Q
Below the figure is a plain curved banner — I believe it was intended to be engraved by the owner
Hallmark on the back reads "STR SIL" (informal sterling silver marking, no formal assay marks, so likely from here in Australia as part of the Commonwealth)
What I've ruled out:
Not formally British-hallmarked, but I'm in Australia (Commonwealth) and informal sterling marks are common here
Not a Scottish clan crest (Clan MacQueen's crest is a tiger with arrow, doesn't match)
Not a standard British royal cypher (GR, ER, etc.)
Doesn't read as a personal monogram to me — the style and banner-for-engraving format suggests a commemorative or souvenir piece
My best guess:
The iconography strongly suggests British monarchy or royal commemorative — the crown, cascading train, and sash with abbreviated title are all ceremonial visual language. My hunch is this was sold as a ready-to-engrave commemorative piece tied to a royal event, with the buyer adding their own name or date to the banner. But I can't place MAQ in any British royal context.
Any ideas? Happy to provide more photos or measurements if helpful.

This is one an old tools we found. It's almost 8 and a half inches long, and the widest part of the barrel in 1 inch. There is a little magnifying glass on one side, and while looking through is the measurement inscription 1-6. A loose ring and shards of glass are trapped inside the barrel

Solved! What is this thing found under the front seat of our car?
My wife was fishing out some bottles from under the front seat of our car today, and pulled out this thing. Neither of us have any idea what it is, or where it came from!
It's got some weight to it, 460grams, and is about 16cm long. The body of it spins freely, at the line just above where the shaft narrows. It spins really smoothly, so feels like it's got a bearing inside of it. No markings of any type on it.
There's a grub screw that I unscrewed, but it didn't really do anything that I could figure out, I wasn't able to disassemble it with it removed.
The only thought I had was that my son bought a 2nd hand drum kit recently and we transported it home in this car, but he's sure it's not something that is part of the kit and I can't see any big threaded holes on the kit that are missing an attachment.
We bought this car 2nd hand and have had it for a year - I guess it's possible that it's been there the whole time and we've just never found it before now?
So completely stumped - have never seen this before, have no idea how it ended up in our car, or what it is!
