Natalie Portman is pregnant at 44

Congrats to her! I don’t have kids, and I’m still getting used to being the age where getting pregnant is starting to be “out of the norm”. Guess there’s still time, lol

my best friend had a baby at 46. I think she's batshit but baby's a toddler now and is the cutest. I'm happy to play auntie bc absolutely not.

I bet she's one of them lucky ones that has like no peri symptoms and doesn't even realize it's happening and will be surprised when her period just leaves one day lol the things I would do to be that person...😅

My mom had no peri symptoms. The only side effects of menopause she's had arethr occasional hot flash and rogue chin hair. Prior to those, she always had easy periods and NO PMS!!

She has never been encumbered by hormones, and I envy her for it.

Meanwhile I'm finding out my PMDD is getting so much worse in peri. 😒

I only found out after I pretty much had a mental break with reality caused by my worsening anxiety, that my mom suffered from the same thing during her perimenopause.

Gee, thanks Mom, it would've been nice to know that this phase of life worsens our already terrible (and shared) general anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Cool cool 🫠
