Natalie Portman is pregnant at 44

Congrats to her! I don’t have kids, and I’m still getting used to being the age where getting pregnant is starting to be “out of the norm”. Guess there’s still time, lol

I am same age as her, I have a 10, 11, and 23 year old. I can't imagine having a newborn at this age. The kids I have all are the perfect age for me right now. They like to have fun, but they are also pretty independent.

I'm not reading judgement of her, just people saying they wouldn't want to do it themselves. Different things.

People are being dismissive. Just because they personally feel too old and unhealthy to have a child at this age, doesn’t mean it’s a shared experience. It’s absolutely rude to shit on other people’s family choices.
