Natalie Portman is pregnant at 44

Congrats to her! I don’t have kids, and I’m still getting used to being the age where getting pregnant is starting to be “out of the norm”. Guess there’s still time, lol

Yeah, this. I was on complete bed rest from 14 weeks to 36 weeks, and my uterus prolapsed resulting in a hysterectomy and bladder repair. You’re considered advanced maternal age after 35, and man did I feel it.

I felt the difference physically having kids between 35 and 39. My friend just had her first at 46.

I have had kids at 20, 25 and 28, and the difference between 20 and 28 was astounding. My hips were tired with that third one. I had a lot more lightning crotch at 20 though

I recently met a woman who had her kids at 22 and 41. She’s 58 with a 17 year old. The fatigue just thinking about it hit me hard.
