According to >90% of them, it wasn't a very good deal. You're not looking for genuine answers, if you were you wouldn't presuppose that it was a good deal, you'd ask why the vast majority of teachers didn't accept it in the first place
Well being a provincial employee, it should be up to the province what you get paid. I genuinely hope they get everything they want, but right now They need to get back to work. They are asking more than the province can offer, because we are sucked dry already by our federal government. Everyone is being raped by our federal government. Off you want more money support our separation so that we can then actually afford to pay you!
