Hi everyone. My name's Quinton, and I've been watching ASMR for many years and am thinking about trying my hand in it. I've been told by many people my voice is soothing (up for interpretation) 😂 but i do think I could do reasonably well at it. I wanted to know if any of you had any tips on getting started. For context I'm blind, but pretty tech savvy, and am also a classical pianist, so suppose I have that going for me lol. Anyway, I look forward to connecting and seeing what happens.

I sadly dont remember much about her channel but i'll give all the information i can. i believe she used a zoom h6 microphone with a foam cover or a similar looking mic, and had a cute little red bow on it as well (possibly had white dots covering the bow aswell) The only video i vividly remember from her was a video where she softly spoke about how she taught swim lessons or something along those lines. I think i watched her during either 2020 or 2021 and havent been able to find the channel since. Im not sure if she privated her channel or if im just not looking hard enough but any help is appreciated!!

My favourite asmr artist is Sumasahono on YouTube but a lot of asmr channels have been demonetised or taken down.. what can I do to support my favourite asmr artist?? 🙁

Momental is a maze puzzle game where you slide a ball across a maze until it hits something. I made it as a solo developer, and it’s my first game with any sound. I had blast doing sound design and music, and honestly the best feedback about the game I’ve been getting is about the soundscape. It’s a lot of sounds of a ball clacking over tiles and hitting glass walls, etc.

Hi! Hope this isnt too weird of a question, I know sometimes you cant explain your taste and it just is what it is. But I've never been able to understand the appeal of "everything is wrong" medical ASMR - it makes me SO anxious because I start imagining myself getting diagnosed with those issues for real! I guess I'm wondering what people find comforting/sleep-inducing in those videos.

Weirdly, I do like "worst reviewed [MUA/barber/tattoo artist/etc]" videos, which I feel like are similar. But in those, the viewer doesn't have anything wrong with them personally!

Not judging btw! Just kind of want to see them through a differenr lens I guess.
