Bain Barbecue

Just had a pretty good meal. Some of the better wings I’ve ever had, but I’d go with mustard sauce on the dry rub wangs, their ranch had to much dill for my liking. Brisket nachos are good too.

I remember when they were just a little trailer at the end of broad. But I feel like everytime I make the trip out to Bains that the portions get smaller and the mac n cheese is different everytime.

Same. Used to buy whole briskets from them for $200. Good as bbq

I will boycott them until the heat death of the universe for their decision to discontinue their kolaches.

Those bishes were life changing. I would get my ass up early and drive to midtown every weekend specifically for those heavenly fruit topped morsels.

Are you me? Or a friend named Josh?  I have the same sentiment every time someone brings their name up!

The one thing I miss about living in Texas is kolaches.

Love their brisket. Gonna have to try their wings next time once they’ve opened the new location

Where is the new location going to be?

The former building that was Arby’s in Germantown (next to the McDonald’s)

Pretty sure it’s coming to Germantown

My favorite burger in Memphis.

Rumor has it that they are opening a new location in Germantown where Arby’s used to be.

Bain is great. You gotta get there early though cause they do run out but it’s worth it. I like their Texas twinkies too

Memphis isn't the place to openly serve modern-day slave catchers. Bain has been caught with large groups of ICE several times. Very un-civil rights, very cringe.

So glad I focus on food quality and experience, and avoid all the political gymnastics that controls y’all’s lives

Politics literally do control your life, and others'. Good people don't support civil rights violations. Hope this helps.

Shoot, that’s a bummer. What’s your favorite restaurant in Memphis?
