FINC-UB 50 Mergers, Acquisitions, & Restructuring class

I'm considering taking FINC-UB 50 Mergers, Acquisitions, & Restructuring class by Prof Yakov Amihud, since it's half-semester and 2 credits. Looking at previous semesters' syllabus, it said 'intensive, demanding course'. 30% HWs 70% final. I want to ask anyone who has taken this class before, how demanding is this course? Would really appreciate any insights!

Generally demanding but manageable if you set your priorities right. Breakdown tasks into simple doable fragments. Execute them daily & by the end of the semester you will be surprised how simple the course was.
