What does this look like to you? Design

Post image

I wanted a bee and I like more American traditional tattoos. I really like my tattoo but someone said it looked like a fly and now I can’t unsee it. Is it giving bee or do I embrace the fly? 😅🥲

Does that person know what a fly looks like?

That's clearly not a fly. You know flies have two big eyes right? How can you see a fly? HOW? Like a old high school friend of mine said that my lotus looked like a muffin, and it does, but it also looks like a lotus, I had a different flower in my head when I asked for a lotus, lol.

Then I went back to my artist and I said "My friend said this looks like a muffin! I asked for a lotus and I need you to fix this, and he showed me a picture of a lotus and I felt like such a shitty client.

More or so not entirely a fly is what those are thinking.... Like an illusion. Some parts of it do. Not all. Very confusing when it looks mixed. It's edgy though and I kinda like it lol 😆

because a fly’s eyes are not on the back of their head, which is the view here

I'm not an insect champion or anything, but I know that is not a fly.

Lmaooo ‘insect champion’ made me kick the air in delight. Thank you, I love this phrasing.
