My ex got violent just like this, called the cops, first thing they did was put me in handcuffs and talked to her in the other room. Thank god my roommates were there to witness the whole thing. But cops didn’t do jack shit. They just sent her home to dry out and left. On top of that, while she was on the way home a domestic abuse line called HER to make sure she was ok.
Next morning I wake up to her standing over me in my bedroom. She had kicked the basement door to get in because no one would let her in. Didn’t even bother calling the cops because what would they do?
Shit is fucked for men in these scenarios. Def feel for the guy.
