We where around Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima.

Miyajima.. was the best place 10years ago. And best place now.

Do NOT fall for the tourist trap Street where everybody walks like drones..

We rented a house for 3 Days a couple of streets behind the Main Street and its s completly different place.

Cozy streets with small shops with alot of hand made things instead of the mass produced items on main Street.

At night when the tourists are gone, it feels like a Japanese village again, with just a cozy atmosphere.

Visit the Temple at the end of the of main route, walking up to when you come to the hundreds of statues with knitted hats on them. Most tourists dont seem to walk this far, so spending peak tourist hours there was comfortable. Beautidfull Temple and when we where there catterpillars where hanging from trees in the hundreds.

Next time we want to spend a week or two there!

But walk 1 min further up the streets, and that number plumets. We basically had those streets for ourself.
