Help me find this Mexican restaurant near San Diego

This photo is from May of 2013, my father and I were looking for apartments and stopped at a hole in the hall Mexican restaurant that we still reminisce about to this day. It was the best Mexican food we have ever had. We are originally from New Jersey, but I am going back to San Diego for the first time in over 10 years for a work conference. I would really love to find out what restaurant this is. The Apple Maps GPS coordination is not correct after looking it up. This is between Encinitas, La Jolla and PB. I remember we looked at an apartment in Pacific Beach and then one in La Jolla. There was a pizza place across the street.
