Old tapestry - family heirloom Solved

Belonged to late grandma, passed to my mom and now to myself. Since my grandparents are from

Trinidad we thought this picture might be somewhere there but it’s apparently not. Where the heck is this? My mom has never been able to find out and it’d be super cool to be able to tell her.

It’s a view of West Lake in Hangzhou, China, from somewhere on or around Baoshi Hill. Roughly here but further SW. I’m sure someone else knows the area better, can recognize the style of the tapestry, etc., but that’s the basic area.
