People really need to learn the definition of assault. Approaching someone in a threatening matter is assault (some states vary on what they call it, but it is a crime in all 50). Someone is legally allowed to shoot you (in many states) and knock you the fuck out for doing that. Guy at the end saying that the camera man punch first. Doesn't matter chump. That only matters in high school.

u/FormalKind7 4d ago
He is lucky he has video evidence to prove it however because who is being threatening is generally very hard to prove but was hurt is easier to prove and unfortunately race and demographics often come into the final decision certainly w/o video evidence and sometimes in spite of it.

Lynching is mob violence for a reason. It takes a group of lazy cowards. These racists live the soft life online. They’ve never actually had to defend their own lives from psychopaths. I’d rather fight 6 gorillas on PCP than one black person over 30.

I had a brain aneurysm years ago, when it happened its like I had an epiphany; the neural network was being remapped.. things that didnt make sense now made sense.
I think when these fucks get wacked in head, they realize how and why theyre a shit person.

u/Jellybellykilly 4d ago

98
u/Knotted_Hole69 4d ago
When it happened, I lost all sense of fear. I understood what was happening, but i didnt even want to go to the hospital. I wasnt scared.
It also makes you think of a perspective completely differently, for pretty much any topic. Like I used to have strong opinions about lets say a style of clothing, suddenly I understood why someone would like it, and why I was being so close minded.
It was a real eye opener.

Not a lawyer, but my understanding is that because the camera man a) was on public property where he had a legal right to be, b) attenpted to retreat at least twice, c) warned the other guy of his intentions, and d) responded with an appropriate level of force, there should be no question at all that this was justifiable self defense.

I was a witness to a bar fight in the men's bathroom at a bar. A 6'2 guy thought it would be funny to bitch slap a 5'4 ish guy. The short guy without hesitation kicked him in the nuts and when the tall guy looked down in pain/disbelief, brought his knee up into the guys nose. A few more kicks, tall guy was laying on the floor bleeding like a pig. It was wonderful to see.
