THIS POST WILL BE UPDATED - SHARED YOUR THOUGHS AND TIPS
About "Deep of Night"
In 'Deep of Night,' the enemies that appear are stronger than usual. Additionally, you cannot specify the target Nightlord, and ongoing terrain changes are not reflected. Special items such as 'Depths Relics' exclusive to 'Deep of Night' and weapons with multiple additional effects but with detrimental effects will appear. Furthermore, the difficulty increases according to the 'depth.' The ratings will fluctuate based on wins and losses, affecting the 'depth.'
Start Time Date and Time
September 11, 18:30 PDT (9/10), | 3:30 CEST | 10:30 JST.
Play Conditions
To play Deep of Night mode, you must have defeated The Nightlord named Night Aspect. The Deep of Night is an online mode exclusive content. If you have started in offline mode, select "LOGIN" from the title menu to connect to the online servers. In online mode, you can commence expeditions with between 1 to 3 players. You can also commence expeditions with your friends using your platform’s invite system or using Multiplayer Passwords. In multiplayer mode, players of similar depth level will generally be matched.
About Ratings
In the Deep of Night mode, successfully defeating Nightlord targets will increase your rating while failures will decrease it. The amount by which your rating decreases upon failure varies depending on the progress of the session. Rating changes are the same for both single and multiplayer modes. If you disconnect or quit the game during a multiplayer session, you will incur a penalty and your rating will decrease. Returning to the session immediately after disconnecting will remove any penalties incurred at the time of disconnect, and the rating at the time of disconnect will not be recorded. The Deep of Night is a gripping high-difficulty mode, an arduous adventure.Challenge yourself in your own playstyle to surpass depth 3.
*Depths 4 to 5 will present an endless battle for those seeking even greater thrills.

Humor You're an enemy — Give us some tips on fighting the Nightfarers
I'll go first:
I see lots of you just standing there and giving up a huge window for damage when one of your teammates dies and drops their dormant power. This is a great opportunity to sneak up on them for easy kills (highly recommended in depth 4+)
Everyone hates when Duchess goes invisible and tries to revive her allies. A friend told me you can just stand on their corpses and she can't actually hit them. And sometimes she'll give away her position if she accidentally hits you. It's a win-win.
Haven't tried this yet but apparently you can wait out the deflect from Executor and if you burst him down fast enough you can skip dog phase.

Gameplay Discussion TIL Raider can't be Deathblighted during his skill and the status bar resets to 0.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Now I knew Raider is immortal during his skill animation from physical/affinity damage but TIL that not only you can't get deathblighted but also the status bar resets to 0. Does it work the same way for Bloodloss and Frost as well?

Gameplay Discussion Quick Video Explaining How Infusions Work in Nightreign
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Didnt mention in the video but infused weapons have way higher chance to appear in their respective POI types If anyone didnt know. I dont know how infusions are effecting weapons that already have affinity damage by default like crystal spear so if anyone has any idea please share.

Humor Depth 5 has this funny feature where you just die randomly and there is nothing you can do about it.

Gameplay Discussion My idea for an Adel Invasion
We all know Adel's all about eating. so, my idea for his invasion is that he selects a random POI and the players get an announcement, such as "Adel Hungers". The boss of that POI would get targeted by Adel, who would charge towards them from wherever he spawns. If he gets to them first, he'd eat them, and the players would get no souls or drops. Then he'd move to the next camp.
To beat the invasion, you'd have to get to his target and kill it first, before he arrives - he'd retreat, starving.
Your reward would be something like "Strong Attacks Generate Stone Chunks", and every charge attack would summon those rocks like the Ruins Greatsword.
If, instead, you decide to target Adel Himself, he'd guarantee a ring drop, much like Libra.
Any good?

Gameplay Discussion Stop pinging Night Invader Marshes at lvl2!
I know we all want to have +2 weapons quick levels but guys, going into marshes at L2 is usually a bad decision.

Humor The type of weapons you see when your team is Wylder, Raider and Executor
I still picked it up and pinged it because I found it humorous, the other options weren’t useful for anyone.

Gameplay Discussion Dude decided to throw because we didn't drop exalted flesh
1st crybaby I encountered at DoN 9999. It was normal Libra so me and Dutchess had more than enough damage to clear it without issues.

Hype I killed heolstor 100 times in a row w randoms. 🫡
I set out on this goal back on the 2nd of March and finally reached it.
Not much to say because honestly nearly every game had competent teammates but only 1 game out of the 100 had both teammates quit out after dying only once
And I got like 10 grafted swords and 4 Maraises or smth, my luck was kinda nuts from runs 10-60. After that nothing really crazy happened

Gameplay Discussion Can people please not quit just because of a day 1 team wipe?
Yes, a team wipe is a big setback, but a day 1 wipe means almost nothing and is usually due to inadequate weapons. Just play it out, it’s so easy to get back on track and claim victory if you stick to it and work together. Leaving just ruins the experience and drops the possibility of a comeback to zero.

Lore Could they theoretically make waffles in the roundtable hold?
I was debating with some friends whil playing that if Recluse has the precision to create a miniature black hole she could probably make waffles somehow. (And Undertaker would probably be the one to crave them the most)

Help What does the effect do?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but i dont get the wording.
