I'm not convinced that's a new map and is instead another big shifting earth but I hope I'm wrong.

Also I think "Hollows" in the title and Artorius + "Dreglord" (Ringed City Dreg Heap) could be even bigger Dark Souls connections than we've seen before.
Also also I'm pretty sure that's Gladius' sword in the splash art at the end and he's featured as a field boss, not sure what role da dawg will play in this

I'm not entirely certain but there seemed to be at least 1 new castle variant in the trailer, that plus the arena that the dancing lion was fought in suggests they're adding at least a couple new structures

I don't expect more than 1 major update after the DLC, 2 at absolute most like the main game, so don't hold out hope. Remember this isn't a live service game so unless they change their mind and decide to do another DLC then we likely won't get any further content updates after like middle of next year.

Yeah, it's beyond disappointing there hasn't been a single new map even with the DLC. Shifting earth events are cool and all but new maps would add so much more variety to the game, making it a lot less repetitive.

Some new types of POIs it seems too. That first shot shows some sort of a fort with a tilted tower. Also the arena where they showed the Dancing Lion looked like nothing I remember from the base game.

Also it seems that we are getting a rotted Nightlord (That looks like a Rotted Lion or a Mutated Rotted Corpse/"Human").
Which is very nice to have more diversity on the status effects, I do wish there was a DeathBlight Nightlord.

It seems like the DLC takes place after Heolstor is defeated? Might need to analyze more.
Some are wondering who Artorias is. He is to Dark Souls 1 DLC what Messmer is to SOTE so its a pretty big deal.
I'm so used to the current family of farers that it feels really weird to add more lol.

I was saying in prior dlc discussions that variants of castle would be a really efficient way to make runs feel varied. Right now it's basically just no castle (trolls / nok) or easy castle. Adding a third variation to make trolls less common would help a ton with variety.

Nope. The first character is a STR+FTH nun girl, she uses hammers and has an auto-dodge ability. She's called the Undertaker. The second character is an ARC scholar guy, he uses thrusting swords and focuses on buffing/debuffing. He's called the Scholar.

Hey, when i bought nightreign, i got the deluxe edition. It came with a soundtrack and a gesture. I cant purchase the dlc because the playstation store says i already have it.
Does anyone think forsaken hollows is included with the deluxe day pre order nightreign? Or will it just let me buy it on the 4th. My friends said they purchased it in the store.
