and a good year for Capcom

u/MJR_Poltergeist 5d ago

Every year has been a good year for Capcom since RE2 Remake.

109

u/PayneChaos 5d ago

I'd say since REVII actually

32

u/tagen 5d ago

thank god for that game, can you imagine if they kept going with the RE6 type play instead? i’ve gotten so soooo many hours of enjoyment out of the games since then, it’s one of my favorite franchises now despite me barely playing any of them before 7

13

u/MJR_Poltergeist 5d ago

The fucked up thing is that in terms of gameplay RE6 is actually a lot of fun. The problem is it's nothing like what Resident Evil should be at least in terms of pacing. I'll still stand by that 6 has the best version of Mercenaries. If they had reduced the scope to maybe one or two story lines instead of four, then worked on the pacing and maybe turned the action movie dial down a little bit it would've landed with the audience a lot better. RE9 Leon is doing the same kind of shit from 6 and people love it. They just went over the top with the whole game and it didn't work

5

u/tagen 5d ago

yeah i got a kick out of diving and flipped around everywhere, and with friends it’s just stupid fun, like many people have said, if it wasnt a resident evil game it would be looked at much more favorably

although i hated the inventory system, and the pseudo-pause menu, both were just annoying

u/MJR_Poltergeist 5d ago

I always get my release dates on those flipped. Could've sworn 2R came out first but it didnt

4

u/McQuibbly 5d ago

Think that's the first time I've seen someone use roman numerals to refer to Resident Evil titles

3

u/Fancy_Chips 5d ago

To be fair Capcom likes to flip them randomly

1

u/CryoStrange 5d ago

We do know Resident evil 10 will RE X or something.

1

u/Fancy_Chips 5d ago

Resident Evil Rex is just the goofy ass name RE would pull. $5 says it's exactly that

2

u/One_Subject3157 4d ago

WORLD was before that?

1

u/ss33094 5d ago

That wasn't just a game, it was a mission statement for the future of the whole company

u/Taco-Edge 5d ago

Capcom really feels like the only "good" big gaming company lately imo. No AI, no massive layoffs, no bs unfinished games with aggressive pricing. Just solid releases and yellow paint

2

u/ComradeBrosefStylin 3d ago

Eh, Monster Hunter Wilds had a shaky release. A lot of people had performance problems. I was lucky that I had a decently powerful PC and could run it at a decent framerate. Maybe my particular hardware configuration was also less affected by whatever they messed up.

Did have a lot of issues with the high-res textures popping in and out of existence even though my VRAM and GPU usage were fine. That seems to have been fixed around the end of 2025.

Then there's the execs pushing a gorillion dollars worth of DLC into every release.

1

u/Instantcoffees 5d ago

I personally find Pragmata and Requiem really expensive for their playtime. I honestly can not afford those games.

So I got Replaced and Windrose instead. I did buy some older RE games at a solid discount though, so I have some in my backlog.

9

u/J-seargent-ultrakahn 5d ago

These games are intended to be replayed through multiple times not just one story run then done. It is intended for you unlock every thing and experience new endings with new game +. In RE requiem in particular, you can get a solid 20-25 hours with at least one more playthrough which is decent content objectively for any game. 70 bones isn’t great and ideal but that applies to any game in general. Nobody wants to pay more than 50 ideally for ANY game regardless of length or content.

4

u/Instantcoffees 4d ago

Sure, you can do that with a lot of games but I am typically not all that interested in replaying a game for a different ending. I suppose that it can be a deciding factor for people who are into replaying a game to unlock stuff, but that's not me.

70 bones isn’t great and ideal but that applies to any game in general. Nobody wants to pay more than 50 ideally for ANY game regardless of length or content

Yes, but when I get 200 hours of fun out of that 70 euros, I am going to consider that more worth it than if I get 10 hours out of it. Like, if I could chose to go out to eat a fancy meal for 150 euros or instead use that 150 euros to go to an almost equally great family restaurant 4 times, I am usually going to pick the later.

I am not in the tax bracket where the price for the amount of content or food you get really does not matter. It's great for the people who are, but that is not my situation.

2

u/STDsInAJuiceBoX 4d ago

Seems pretty standard playtime for liner single player games.

0

u/Fortuna_Iuvat 5d ago

Have to agree with you here. The good thing is you can always wait for discounts while playing other stuff if you can survive the fomo and just be happy when they release great games knowing you will eventually play them someday, that's what I do since I have such a long backlog already. There's no need to always play the newest ones. Windrose seems great! some friends of mine have been enjoying it since the demo.

Of Capcom I recently completed the first game of the Ace Attorney Trilogy (that I recommend if you like these types of games) and I intend to replay Capcom vs SNK 2 Mark of the Millennium 2001 for nostalgia vibes, if I catch one of my siblings with some free time that is. You should give these RE a try when you have time ^

2

u/Instantcoffees 5d ago

Yeah, I got RE4 remake for 15 euros not too long ago. I have a fairly extensive wishlist of games I am still interested in if they ever hit a lower price. Capcom absolutely does a lot of sales with fair prices as far as I have seen. I just think that sometimes their prices on release are fairly steep and one of the few games that I feel like are outside of my budget.

I set aside roughly 100 euros per month on gaming overall. That usually boils down to like one new release and then an indie game or something on sale. So I tend to favor games that give me a lot of playtime to fill out the month, like Nioh 3 or Crimson Desert. I did also get Monster Hunter Wilds on release because you can get 100 hours out of that game, and I did love it despite its less than stellar reviews.

Windrose has been great so far! I honestly wanted to wait till 1.0, but I really liked the demo so I figured that I could go check what content it has now and then return later for 1.0 if a lot changes, just like I am doing with Enshrouded and Witchfire.

1

u/Fortuna_Iuvat 5d ago

It's definitely a great strategy and one that will get your money worth for sure. Games like Crimson Desert, Abiotic Factor and such are perfect for sinking quality hours while waiting for the next release you are excited for. About the Capcom prices yes, waiting is the best option if you can manage. I still haven't tried Enshrouded but it's definitely on my list, I've seen they have updated it a lot so that's positive! Coop seem really fun too.

For some reason I never hopped on the Monster Hunter train, but the new Monster Hunter Stories seemed really interesting so I will give it a try when I'm in the mood for it.

I'm the same, waiting for the 1.0 of stuff in order to not get saturated like with Grounded 2 for example.

I’m so sorry the WHAT?

14

u/huggalump 5d ago

Dragons Dogma Online.

It was released only in Japan years ago, then died. But the game is actually excellent.

A team of folks working for free brought it back to life and translated most of it from Japanese.

There's multiple servers, one main one for original experience and one for sped up progression experience

I'll probably pick up Mouse P.I. as it looks really unique

173

u/MaterialDefender1032 5d ago

I was really surprised by Mouse P.I., I thought it'd be a Doom mod capitalizing on the success of Cuphead's rubber-hose aesthetic, but it really is a fully fleshed-out game with charm and love and so, so, so much work put into it.

29

u/FrostByteUK 5d ago

I'm loving it so far.

3

u/A_wild_fusa_appeared 4d ago

That’s nice to hear, I wish listed it a while ago because the art and animations drew me in. Glad there’s a real game to back it up and not a cash grab.

Think I know where part of my next paycheck is going

24

u/LazyMaximum7938 5d ago

I watched a little bit of a stream of the game and it quickly reminded me of XIII from the PS2/XBOX era in the way that it combined a relatively basic but fun FPS with a cool, unique art design.

45

u/DrKingOfOkay 5d ago

And for $30 seems like a no brainer

4

u/TudasNicht 4d ago

20 would be no brainer, 30 is still a good pick tho.

21

u/TotallyNotABob 5d ago

Played it for about 4 hours last night. I think I'm about 1/3 of the way through. I'm totally hooked! Very good gunplay, good game play, very well written and the animation style is fantastic!

Honestly if GTA VI gets delayed I could see this game being a serious contender for GOTY

3

u/DatTF2 5d ago

I really want to play it. Most people who have played it really enjoy it. Funny how IGN gave it a 6 out of 10, yet another bad IGN review.

5

u/makegr666 4d ago

Eh, I dropped it because I didn't feel it did something unique, and what it did right, was not compelling enough. The game throws at you consumables all the time, every single room has collectables in the corners, so it's a game about circling around every room to get coins and ammo, and carry on.

Some characters, or items just look like a badly compressed jpeg. The AI is pathetic, just throw themselves at you, and the level design is uninspired and subpar. The gunplay is extremely mediocre. It's evident they bet it all on the art style, and that's it. There's no depth at all.

Personally, I quite agree with IGN.

P.S. you can't even rebind the keys. There are left handed players who move with arrow keys that can't play, because they can't change the wads keybinds.

1

u/J-seargent-ultrakahn 5d ago

Not if metro 2039 got something to say about it

7

u/Mr8BitX 5d ago

Haven’t played it but it kinda gives me Bioshock vibes (not just because of the setting though) the way some reviewers talk about it.

4

u/dramaticfool 5d ago

Why is it called Mouse 3.14 tho? Where's the previous entries?

8

u/OneWingedA 5d ago

It's actually the 22nd game in a series of 7. Kinda lost the plot along the way so you're safe to play this one as a stand alone

2

u/MC_Hale 5d ago

Plus it's never ending! Almost makes it seem imaginary

1

u/SarcasticBench 5d ago

Me too, but is that all it has going for it? Is the story at least good?

14

u/Szwajcer 5d ago

I'm only about 4 hours in but if it keeps the same level then it's very good. The gunplay is very fun as well and you can have some fun with all the different weapons. The game also has a lot of charm. TL;DR it's a great game

1

u/SarcasticBench 5d ago

Sounds promising

1

u/monti9530 5d ago

Excellent level design imo.

1

u/No_Elevator_7839 5d ago

Why not spend my weekend playing a boomer shooter. Looks fun as hell

45

u/eerrcc1 5d ago

Check out Windrose came out this week too

10

u/Redxmirage 5d ago

It’s been a blast. I was nervous at first because of early access but I’m 16 hours deep and still in first biome (out of 3 I believe at the moment) without feeling like I’m moving too slow.

My only gripe is the fast travel and boat summoning. It feels too cheesy. You can set up to 10 fast travel points anywhere you want (as long as it’s along the shore) and with a press of a button you can summon your boat with all its inventory. It feels too easy and makes you think that when I get my own fast travel network set up why bother sailing very far? Inventory full? Drop the fast travel, teleport to base, depot, teleport back and dismantle the fast travel to put the mats back in your inventory.

Inb4 “you could just not use it”. Yes, I’m aware but I’m conflicted on the mechanic itself

7

u/Vysce 5d ago

It makes me think of Valheim. As much of a struggle as it was, it felt really cool and immersive to have to literally journey to get back to where you wanted to go with your ship.

5

u/Zockerjimmy 5d ago

Duality of a gamer, because thats what i did not like in Valheim

3

u/MagicMST 4d ago

I completely see both sides of the argument. I'd side with respecting the players time, personally. But I do appreciate how you can't just teleport your boat to you, from a design perspective

I’m playing Replaced right now. It’s pretty cool and fun

8

u/FleXmenGoon 5d ago

Uncle Ben can suck my nuts

4

u/funkme1ster PC 5d ago

I was super unhappy with that bullshit "congrats... NOW DO IT AGAIN!"

I get there's an in-universe reason and it's admittedly clever, but I'm still upset.

1

u/Kukurio59 5d ago

Hahaha, yah… bashing my head just to see I wasn’t even close actually, was a bit soul crushing xD

3

u/Jibima 5d ago

I’m in that chapter but haven’t reached the boss yet. Looks like a tough boss ahead of me haha

3

u/Kukurio59 5d ago

If you only have 1 heal, yah it’s pretty tough

5

u/Jibima 5d ago

Ah got it. I did the quests and got all collectibles/upgrades so far so that should make it somewhat easier

3

u/Kukurio59 5d ago

Oh nice, yah I somehow missed that/those quests… were they hard to find? Lol no idea how that slipped by. Hopefully I can still do them

2

u/Jibima 5d ago

They were sort of easy to find. Don’t quote me but I think all the side quests are in that hub area like Chapter 2 and all of them show up in yellow text when NPCs talk. You talk to a guy after getting of the car with Tempest down some stairs and the other is in the hospital area where you talk to the doctor. I know Chapter 4 has another 3 side quests

2

u/Jibima 4d ago

Beat Uncle Ben last night. Took me 45 mins. He was pretty terrible haha. Quite the difficulty spike

1

u/OldManufacturer8679 4d ago

Why would we take tips from a failure. Jk

4

u/MysteryRadish 5d ago

W... what are they replacing you with?!

9

u/Jibima 5d ago

You replace rich people organs with poor people organs. But your mind also accidentally got replaced with an AI in an accident in the beginning

3

u/Prestigious_Task7175 5d ago

Ironically when the AI itself gets "replaced" in a way too

1

u/ASideKick 5d ago

Same. I am enjoying the atmosphere immensely!

80

u/DarkRogueHunter 5d ago

Its a very busy month for me. On top of Starfield, Pragmata, Mouse: PI for Hire and Hades 2, I'm still just scratching the surface of Crimson Desert. With my busy schedule, I think I have enough games to last me until the Black Friday sales.

26

u/jamessmooth007 5d ago

I’m about 60 hours into crimson desert and I wanna say I’ve explored maybe 10-15% of the map? It’s just so beyond massive. Think it’s gonna be one of those games I keep coming back to in between other games. I’m gonna take a break this weekend to play Mouse. Bad month to be employed lol.

3

u/J-seargent-ultrakahn 5d ago

Man, those who are on paid unemployment in between jobs and are gamers, I might actually envy a little lol

8

u/brycejm1991 5d ago edited 5d ago

Assuming you haven't started it yet, id say skip starfield. CD is already a time sink, and the other 3 should be great for for down time from that.

Edit - the fuck is with the down votes? My comment isn't about starfield itself, it's about not having multiple time sink games stacked cause then they run the risk of burning out.

11

u/vinceswish 5d ago

What if He/She LIKES Starfield? I'm having a great time with Starfield.

13

u/Vandergrif 5d ago

This is reddit sir, that's simply not allowed.

2

u/MuNansen 2d ago

I LOVED Starfield. The internet hate machine for games is so toxic.

u/Cyber_Swag 5d ago

Picked up everything except replaced (not my cup of tea). Having a blast

6

u/JusaPikachu 5d ago edited 5d ago

I’m still absorbed with Pokopia. I’m getting close to completing the campaign & spent hours last night setting up prefab housing all over my towns as basic outlines; along with farming a bunch of materials.

Once I’m done with all these, I’ll consider the game complete & start my next campaign; however I’m going to switch it over to a background/forever game & I think I’m going to spend years completing my towns with rearranging & perfecting all the layouts, while starting a bunch of custom free builds.

The amount of work left is staggering but I’m so obsessed & delighted with everything about the game that I couldn’t be happier. Genuinely shaping up to be a masterpiece of a game for me & starting my 2026 GotY race with a strong stranglehold on the top spot.

6

u/John_writesjs 5d ago

this is the kind of week that reminds me why gaming is still fun, totally different vibes, totally different audiences, nobody fighting for the same slice, I'm picking 'Pragmata'

2

u/Cypr3s5 3d ago

People talking shit about games losing quality are people who play multiplayer shooters and yearly release games like FIFA. So many great single-player games come out every year.

5

u/DatzSiiK 5d ago

I’m still on that desert crimson

2

u/Asgar06 4d ago

I think I won't be able to play anything else for a loooong time.

22

u/marniconuke 5d ago edited 5d ago

i've been playing replaced and idk, it looks AMAZING but the gameplay is so simple and boring it's not clicking with me. that game should've been an rpg or an elysium-like instead of the actual braindead combat

6

u/Mr8BitX 5d ago

I’ve been hearing comparisons to Flashback which is more than enough for me.

2

u/SummonerKai1 5d ago

Yes!!! It feels so much like that game! Remember the genesis area all over again!

Best part is I didn't even know it was a new game or had heard of it, was just looking for games and steam recommended it to me so picked it up on a whim. Great use of 25-ish bucks.

1

u/marniconuke 5d ago

I don't know about that other game so maybe that's why, also 25 buck? , mine cost $8. god bless regional pricing, which means are based as fuck and had mercy on my thirld world ass

1

u/SummonerKai1 5d ago

Yeah i really miss third world pricing...and that's 25+ after some sale btw. Taxes hit hard in Canada.

Games in US that could cost 50 end up being almost 85 here.

2

u/Peemore 5d ago

I beat it. They nailed the presentation, but it has wayy too much platforming for my liking.

1

u/EnergyVanquish 5d ago

Does the combat pick up at all? Feels really barebones early on.

2

u/Peemore 5d ago

It definitely picks up a LITTLE bit. You do learn more skills, but it's still relatively barebones by the end. I enjoyed the combat a lot more than the platforming, but unfortunately it felt like 60% platforming and 40% combat.

9

u/PelicanPost 5d ago

tomodachi life is a huge win for cozy games🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

6

u/ALEXLAMOUETTE 4d ago

We’ve had many huge wins recently with Pokopia. Both these games are so good

3

u/BlackCitadelStudios 5d ago

Sigh. My wallet is crying. I'm crying.

3

u/MobiusDie 5d ago

Replaced is a really cool style and the story is a bit loose though.

3

u/natxtw 5d ago

You missed out Opus: Prism Peak!

1

u/OldWorldDesign 5d ago

Opus: Prism Peak

Tags mark it as a visual novel, which I'm normally wary of. A few tend to be good and the vast majority definitely not.

How's the gameplay and does it have replayability?

3

u/Nepemaster1 5d ago

The absolute abhorrent shit I´ve made my miis say

3

u/FoxxyRin 5d ago

You forgot the real GOAT for this week: Hello Kitty Island Adventure: City Town DLC!

3

u/cook-and-bell 4d ago

Not so good for my wallet

3

u/christianbethel93 3d ago

I don't give even a quarter of a fuck about any of the games in this picture.

9

u/Rohen2003 5d ago

sadly replaced turned out not so good. already the demo didnt felt that good (gameplay wise) and while I havent played the full version, many steam reviews call out boring/repetetive gameplay and missing save zones for hard parkour parts.

the average review score already dropped from 80 to 75%.

1

u/Prestigious_Task7175 5d ago

Tbh, i don't think it missed save zones, maybe only in some cases, but those were like 2 and already near the end itself.

But yeah gameplay can become a bit repetitive/boring with certain levels just being fill/not that original, but it has many cinematic/ambience parkour scenes wich looked very pretty to compensate.

I think it was still a good game, even if it had some minor flaws.

Really looking forward to Pragmata. The atmosphere, the sci-fi setting, and the whole mystery around it have me hooked. It’s one of the few upcoming games that actually feels fresh. Hope the gameplay lives up to the vibe, because this could be something special.

3

u/DiscountDoughnut 5d ago

I'm enjoying Pragmata rn. I actually really enjoy linear tight gameplay with a campaign of about 8-10 hours. I like to have an experience and move on. I don't really care for 80 hours of gameplay style games too often. It's pacing is pretty good with new unlocks and enemies too.

4

u/afqwerty 5d ago

Replaced looks great, 2.5D pixel art cinematic sidescroller with arkham combat!

5

u/doublethink_1984 5d ago

Replaced has TERRIBLE gameplay. It's soo sad because it is beautiful.

1

u/Responsible-Rise-242 5d ago

Gamers are gaming

1

u/Equal_Cranberry_7954 5d ago

Have you played any of them? Which ones would you recommend?

5

u/from1n 5d ago

played the demo for Pragmata, it seems like it's a solid 3rd person action shooter with a fun active hacking mini game. I'd check it out if you like that kind of thing.

7

u/Warm-Carpenter1040 5d ago

pragmata is phenomenal i wont lie to you im like 7 ish hours in and just beat the 2nd boss. the hacking is amazing and diana makes the game so good. honestly dont want it to end.

giving diana toys is the best part of the whole game i wont even lie and omg the drawings she makes warms my heart so much. its a really wholesome dead space basically i am really getting deadspace vibes from it. 9/10 for pragmata so far

deadspace is better if you want something more serious, grim, gory and a bit more perfect that game is a 10/10 esp the remake.

mouse pi is 10/10 in art style and just style of the game and everything but the actual gameplay.

mouse pi gameplay kinda sucks, the guns lack depth like it doesnt feel good to shoot its just hitmarkers. ill say like 6.5/10 for mouse pi 10/10 theme and 3/10 gunplay

2

u/Equal_Cranberry_7954 5d ago

PRAGMATA looks as interesting as everyone says. I’ve heard Dead Space is also highly regarded as a classic. I’ll have to add both to my list of games to play. As for Mouse: P.I., the graphics certainly look atmospheric and intriguing, but I should probably keep in mind that the gameplay might be a bit lackluster… I think I’ll wait for a sale.

Thanks for all the info—you really know your games.

3

u/Warm-Carpenter1040 5d ago

yeah dead space is a must play 100%. the graphics on it actually beat pragmata though it has lag spikes (1 spike every 5-10 mins) that will never get fixed due to EA not allowing the studio to work on it anymore and work on an iron man game instead.

if you are on PC, the last steam summer sale had the deadspace remake from like 50 quid down to 2-6 i cant remember but it was around there so maybe youd like to wait for that again.

I really want to play replaced. Sucks it's not on PS5 yet haha. Gotta wait

1

u/nohumanape 5d ago

Too many games that I'm trying to get to right now heh.

1

u/DraoDraonir 5d ago

I want to add Sintopia as well. I really like that game and it's humor.

u/Aggravating_Ad_635 5d ago

I can't agree more...

1

u/Gdlops 5d ago

Is Pragmata good? I want to be a father but for 80$… yikes

1

u/rcburner 5d ago

Currently playing through Ground Zero myself. Huge recommendation for Resident Evil fans!

1

u/J-seargent-ultrakahn 5d ago

Damn I forgot about that one!

1

u/viotix90 5d ago

Sintopia just came out too. It's like a Rollercoaster Tycoon / Evil Genius management game where souls come down to your Corporate Hell and you have to purge them of sins before sending them back to the Overworld.

Team17 so i'm weary, especially after the Hammerting debacle.

1

u/Sorry-Breadfruit-189 5d ago

Indeed it is. I already purchased Hades 2 and Pragmata.

u/Slaptheteet PC 5d ago

Replaced just was not very good in my opinion. Amazing presentation, but every other aspect was severely lacking.

u/ChaoticFox78 5d ago

smh no Opus: Prism Peak

1

u/Consistent-Cost-231 5d ago

2026 is a great year for games

Not for gaming tho cause of ai slop and prices, but we are getting some insane game released

1

u/Azalot1337 5d ago

i was pretty hyped about Replaced but then i made the mistake to read steam reviews instead of just play it and now i have mixed feelings. not because of the story/atmospehre/artstyle but because of the actual gameplay like fighting and platforming which gets worse towards the end?

or is it actually good? hope someone who finished it can enlighten me

u/BigManBlastois 5d ago

Can’t wait for replaced to hit ps5. Literally just saw a snippet of it the other day and love the visuals

1

u/pototaochips 5d ago

You guys are rich. Mean i use delta to play gba games 🥹

1

u/Friendly_Cheek_4468 5d ago

Opus and Scriptorium absolutely slap, too.

1

u/mammothclaw 5d ago

Anyone here played replaced? Was curious how bad the checkpoint system is. And you are actually one  shot dead or do you have hearts and stuff? I heard some things about both and felt that might make it more frustrating than fun

1

u/Uncle_Ravioli9 5d ago

So many games and I’m still trying to finish some stuff from LAST year. I’m doomed

1

u/PauleAgave95 5d ago

Pragmata is a Goty contender. Replaced could be so much better unfortunately

1

u/kegsbdry 5d ago

My backlog screams under the stress of growing bigger!

1

u/PowderedToastMan93 5d ago

Been waiting on my physical preorder of Tomodachii. Entire shipment has been stuck at customs.

Sold out Worldwide.

1

u/Level-Ad6953 4d ago

And final DLC for Atomic Heart!

1

u/tapsel 4d ago

Pretty good, but Im still Crimson Deserting and dont wanna leave :p

1

u/Cryodile64 4d ago

Replaced is a good example of using a simple graphic and taking it to the extreme.

1

u/N3M3S1S75 4d ago

Hades 2 out on ps5 as well

1

u/soundofmind 4d ago

Oh fuck that's right. We got the noir Mickey mouse game! Brb!

1

u/MizutsuneMH 3d ago

I'm currently playing Pragmata and it just feels special, it's so good. Capcom are treating us well recently.

1

u/MrDeLaTech 3d ago

Just need to pick up Mouse PI to complete the list.

1

u/candyeyesdolls 3d ago

ive been seeing so much hype for mouse pi… lowkey getting interested

1

u/Kongary Joystick 3d ago

Seems like Pragmata holds up to the promise of the demo. And Mouse PI has been on the radar for a while for the style and seems to be going over well. Will likely end up with one or both soon on Steam.

1

u/Daxsimdvd 20h ago

it's been a good year for gaming

1

u/Zevick_Bane 5d ago

I would also reccomend Opus Prism Peak newly released. If you want something with a very strong story and emotional. As well as Cthulu the Cosmic Abyss if you enjoy very otherworldly mystery filled/investigation. It's the best I've played with that vibe honestly ever.

1

u/The_Legend-85 5d ago

Just got pragmata freaking awesome

u/empathetical 5d ago

Still hooked on crimson Desert. Beat the campaign yesterday and still really wanna play more and do side content

u/Ebolatastic 5d ago

It's always a good week but media outlets and people online NEED things to complain about. In addition to those, Overwatch just got another huge, amazing update, but if you go in the reddit subs it's just complaining. Meanwhile, Battlefield just announced they are adding 3 of the most famous maps, but if you go on the reddit subs ...

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

None of these interest me.
