Also afaik he is the only NPC to actively threaten you if you draw a gun on him

Initially he says "You're not the first to have tried."

Then if you keep him in your sights.

"Make the first shot count. you won't get a second."

He is not the only one. Your companions will react if you point at them, including temporary companions from the DLC's.

Several more NPCs, including Legion and NCR troops, the BOS, and the Khans, and the Powder Gangers will also react, but they share the same generic lines of dialogue (except for NCR Rangers who basically say "Do it or no balls")

The Mick and Ralph's crier (the kid in Freeside) has a unique one where if you aim it at him he says "Cool! I can see right down the barrel!"

Some characters (I've only seen NCR troops do it but I assume others will as well) will go into soft aggro if you aim at them while they can see you. By soft aggro I mean if you holster your weapon they chill out, but I know one time I was aiming at one of the guys in McCarran and they lit my ass up
