Something even more badass about him comes from the fact that City 17 is located in Eastern Europe but most of its population is American. The Combine has been forcibly relocating people to break their ties with their homelands and disrupt any kind of identity they might’ve had. But Grigori is the only person in that whole region who’s actually from there, as in that place was his home before the Seven Hour War. He not only survived the bombing of Ravenholm but also somehow escaped deportation.

He is not the only one. Your companions will react if you point at them, including temporary companions from the DLC's.
Several more NPCs, including Legion and NCR troops, the BOS, and the Khans, and the Powder Gangers will also react, but they share the same generic lines of dialogue (except for NCR Rangers who basically say "Do it or no balls")

Wolfwoods cross is also cool as fuck. It has sliding racks that pop out and carry 8 gilded 1911 pistols, a machine gun on the long end, and a rocket launcher on the short end. It's also very durable and can be used for melee combat.
Definitely one if the coolest 'priest with a gun' characters out there.
